On the 1st March 2010 the RipiDurable Project was presented in ‘Biosfera’, an environmental magazine broadcasted by public television. Ana Mendes, the project coordinator, spoke about the case study of the Paúl da Goucha in Alpiarça, and described the rapid recovery of the riparian vegetation after marginal reshaping. Also, she highlighted the ecological and economic importance of riparian corridors.
