Between April 23 and 29, students from the University of Évora participated, together with students from Hungary (Univ. De Elte) and the United Kingdom (University of Exeter), in a week of intensive training on careers in the field of Nature Conservation. This second mobility, under the Careers in Nature Conservation project: innovative employability guidance for higher education students in the context of European biodiversity management, took place on the university campus of Szent István in Gödöllö, Hungary.
During these days students had the opportunity to get to know the employment sector in different countries and to contact Hungarian employers. Important issues such as being an entrepreneur, how to draw up a curriculum vitae, what is expected in a job interview, etc. were also addressed. The practical field skills, with species identification were not forgotten, and the students to plan and execute, in international teams, a walk to observe nature.
